Well I got my hands on something rather handy, not too sure if it's a fantastic idea though.. Basicly a script that totally automates the selling process, providing you accept/the buyer uses PayPal. The script displays a message at the index page and redirects to PayPal where the predetermined information, such as the sellers paypal details and the product name and price. It also keeps log of inventory, so when stock runs out the script returns a message telling the buyer there are none left. I've had a little fiddle with it and here's an example of what I would like to use it for in the future PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE EXAMPLE ONLY. (If you do accidentally send anything it will be sent back, PM me if not sure) Do you think it would have any use for selling larger quantities of low value items in forums and such? Due to all the buyers information being processed by PayPal I make the assumption it is 100% secure. If you spot any problems please let me know, I'd like to have it perfect before using it.
Why not just use either a Paypal shopping cart or a shopping cart that uses Paypal as a gateway. The redirecting script looks a little dodgy
Yup as saspro says it looks just like paypals own shopping cart. Coffeecup also do a more advanced version.
