A few months back I was asked to build a custom pc case for a customer. She wanted something that looked good both lit and without lighting. The initial pictures are of the blank uv blue plexiglass case fully assembled. The case is made by Sunbeam Tech and I was very impressed by the packaging they even included gloves to prevent fingerprints. The case shipped flat and was assembled in about an hours time. The images of the bare case as well as a specs chart were downloaded off sunbeam tech's website because I didn’t take any photos when I first started working on the case.
    Here are the specs

The image was created in Photoshop and printed on a special mesh vinyl . I went with this type of vinyl because it looks cool with the lights off and when the system lights are on it allows the light to come through. The customer originally wanted wire fan grills but I later added custom plexiglass grills with the actual cutout portion of the vinyl glued onto the grill for a seamless look. The pics were taken with only one grill installed but you can get the idea of what it looked like when it was totally done. The grills are 80mmx80mm 3mm thick clear plexiglass with roughly 50 3mm wide fan holes for ventilation (drilled by hand no drill press a real pain in the *** :? ) I installed 5 blue lighted 80mm fans (2 side 1 front intake and top and rear exhaust) as well as 4 30cm (12in) blacklight tubes for lighting. As for cable management I sleeved as many wires as I could with black heat shrink and used self adhesive tie wrap bases to route both the fan and lighting wires as well as about another 10 throughout the case to help with wire management. I will first present the case before the lights were installed then after with the case lit.
(Note the fan grill on the lower fan hole)
