Quick question... I've done 2 posts this week; one about first impressions, one about the event itself. Do I need to do another one about first impressions, or am I OK? I might end up covering stuff twice or whatever... the guidelines are just guides, right? I don't want to be disqualified from the competitions because of a silly technicality!
Too early! I need to start writing, but i'm currently in a little hick town near Port Elizabeth, South Africa. It's pretty stormy here, so any connection to the world internet is just a matter of chance. Please bear with me if i am a bit sluggish with my postings. In any case, good that you guys have gotten this thing up and running now. I cant wait to get home (ok, that's a lie) and get hands-on again. I have the whole rig (CPU, RAM, GPU) on red water now, and i should be able to get some nice results Cheers!
I was trying to source some pictures today of the card from your site that was linked on the usb stick but it was not displaying, is there any one or any way of getting hold of some nicely presented pictures of the box and the card? As still trying to get my first post up today
No problem, you should be able to download high-res pictures of the motherboards and graphics cards from here: http://channel.asus.com.tw/channelv2/DownloadNoLoginList.aspx?Path=AF0E952B869336D8ED53E16534575DE8
Yea my first is up just finishing off my second now, then hopefully I can start prepping for next weeks
CRAP! I finally found a working connection here in Africa, and now i find that i can't post I'm using IE 6, and i just dont have the button that says "post" where Fibble describes it should be. I'll PM some people again i guess... VK, arcticstoat, incoming!
