    I have Netzero and cannot connect to Quakenet at all :waah:

    Ok this really sucks now. Cant figure out how to use proxy servers on HydraIRC or Mirc to get on bit-tech. This is making me mad. Im desperate. I cant find my Dialup Modem which is also making me mad so yea. PLEASE PLEASE unblock comcast!! LOL :waah:

    Cry the ircops a river. They are a general pain in the ass to deal with.

    You can get a bnc account for pretty cheap these days (I think woodshop found one for $2-3/month), but it still makes me rather unhappy with quakenet alltogether (as if I wasn't already).

    Their recent change to the Q auth limit also makith me angry :grr:

    They used to, but don't any more for various reasons. I'm pretty sure you can find many forum posts explaining why ;)

    I don't think they ever hosted an IRC server. The thing you're refering to is the channel promoted by Bit-Tech, probably.

    poor dougie

    he put so much hard work into the origional chan and it just got trashed by spammers.

    probably why there is no official connection to the chan now.
