    I'm still on the fence about this one, I loved BF2 and BF2142 but this look more like another COD clone (like BC2). Also, please, no more regenerating health, it discourages tactical/team play, and the red blood spatters annoy the hell out of me.

    Last time i played it it was on i7 930, 6gig ram and 8800gts 512mb. Hard drive is nothing special, 500gb 7200rpm sata ii but it was new and I suspect no worse than what most people have. Connection was crap but it never slowed down other mp games load times, and i've seen no difference in load times since upgrading to 40mb fibre connection in other games.

    Looks amazing single player. Hopefully the multiplayer will look and play the same. Looks better than any cod games have ever been.

    Great looking game but it's a real shame it's just more people with M4s and AKs shooting each other. I hate to put a game down because I love the battlefield series as a whole. I just don't know how many desert settings my computer can take before sand starts to spew out my video card exhaust slot. MoH really clogged that beast up.

    @Juppun - YES, I'D love to see some videos similar to the "Battlefield Moments" that were shown for BC2. Every game trailer should be like that, someone who is skilled at playing showing the strength and power of their class in a game, leading their team to a victory! What more could you ask for? Silly videos with no gameplay and voice-overs from characters we just don't care about? No thanks. :)

    But I do have a few niggling feelings about this that could lead to fail:

    -Looks like there is health regen...
    -Ammo pool rather then magazines...

    But it is pre-alpha so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that they may be place holders... for now.

    Does anyone know if it will have bot support, just like arma2? Me and my bro don't want to talk to other people just shoot us some enemies, I love bf2 as you can just kick it up and kill the bots which can be great fun and I don't have to listen to either whiney or gobby people shooting their mouths off.

    Also I want a Linux dedicated server option.

    Looks nice but then so does cod4 and I never enjoyed that due to the small maps, unrealistic weapon and lack of bots

    Based on the performance for all previous BF games, and going by BF CO, this has been pre ordered. yay.

    Single player looks a bit too much like all the billion other games I've played like that. But the graphics are amazing, and hopefully the multiplayer will be as great as it usually is.

    Again, I don't care about single player. But if it's going to look that good and the online game play is as good as the other proper Battlefields. This will be the game that gets me to upgrade away from my 8800GTX. Assuming it wont run.
