simply saw no hope and just wanted to end it all on a high point.

I doubt there is anything suspect to it. I literally said "what the ****" out loud when it happened though.

My concern was that

she was acting funny when she was playing with Hera. I thought she was going to do something to the child. It was almost a relief when she killed herself. We never did see Hera again after the scene with Dee..........

that Ellen would be the last Cylon. It doesn't really make sence for it to be her or to revel her this early (especially with her dead). There's got to be something else to it. With them mentioning that the whole colony was Cylons - perhaps everyone is a Cylon

What's more funny is that the door to Dee's room was closed shut when gimpy left. But when the other girl came running in, it was already open. It's possible she was murdered.

As far as Ellen being the last cylon, and starbuck having a dead copy of herself... Is it possible only one of these two is the last cylon? On another note, maybe they both are?

Now, on with the earth being nuked some 2000 years ago, and populated by cylons fully just before tells me that the human/cylon war has been going on for MUCH more than the stated ~80 years or so. It's possible that it was just a time portal they went through when going into the earth and how Starbuck leaves. But that's a wild shot. I find it more likely that they are all cylons or hybrids or something funny like that.

 

I'm speculating here, so it's not really a spoiler as such:

The writers have always said that the Final Five were chosen as the show was written, not beforehand.

This seems to hint to me that there is something more here. perhaps indeed

the entire colony is Cylon

, and the Final Five, when 'activated', lead a the plan for

the restoration of earth, and the subsequent 'activation' of the entire colony.

. This would bring a very "Noah's ark"-like feel to the colony's trip through the galaxy. The Five might well be the only Cylons capable of Cylon-Cylon procreation (

Tigh impregnated the Six, and this appears to have been completely glossed over - the Cylons have been trying to breed for ages!

), which explains why they are so important to the Cylons (well, the ones who always knew what they were, anyway).

However after tonights episode I now think they were talking about Adama after Tye mention how ill he was looking and the massive sweat on his face in quite a few scenes.

well, there is also Starbuck. she did technically lead them to earth, and she died! Course no one may find that out since she burned her body.

 

I don't buy that as I don't believe that is Earth.
