Be* appear to be the first to have upgraded our local exchange, has anyone used them or know what they are like? Their £24 a month package seems alright to me but wondered what their service level was like and if they throttle or cap?

I use be*, download from decent sources at near enuff 2mb/sec altho your speed is dependent on your line (luckily I have quite a good line). As for throttle or caps they don't throttle and only caps are their fair usage policy which as far as i know has never been used to tell a customer to stop downloading.

We've got it here, and it's excellent.

Every once in a while, we have outages, but they're for a couple of hours, and I always get e-mailed before it goes down (well before too, often >7 days). As far as I know they don't throttle/cap anything, I certainly haven't experienced it anyway.

    For £24 a month, it's a bargain. :thumb:

They took the exchange down for 8 minutes the other day at 4am. I was outraged :p

I have had no problems with them at all, Fantastic speed and there service though I have had not had to use it often is fantastic plus being able to download the whole of half life2 of steam in about 7minutes (IIRC) is always fun.

Yep, the online technical support is excellent. Don't phone them though, it's the classic Indian call centre.

If you get to them via their website though (you submit a "ticket") it's hyper-fast.
