The feeling of being drunk is partly in the mind, say psychologists.

A person's memory is impaired if they believe they are drinking alcohol even when it is really water, a study has found.

Researchers at Victoria University in New Zealand tricked 148 students into believing they were drinking vodka to study the so-called placebo effect.

I remember when I were in uni and one of the guy's was mashed on Tequila (bloody woofter, I'd had just the same amount and I was fine...) and me and Ol went to the bar and got the girl to give us a shot of water.. we went back and told Keith it was a VERY potent Welsh coctail... he pshyched himself up for about 20 minutes before finally taking it!!! :D
