sup lads, been a while.... well.. i bought a new router a few days back, which i belive to be the.... belkin f5d7632uk4a i did the usual; type in the username, password, MTU.... and guess what.. no connection ! (excuse me while i get my stab proof jacket) i'm on AOL..... i learned that with the settings typed into the router config page i can go into the AOL program and connect as if i would with a normal modem, then the internet is fine, connected. but i dont want to have to remind myself that i'm on AOL everytime i want to connect to the internet. my first guess is that iv'e got something wrong in the settings.. so ill post them here so you can point and laugh if i have. Connection Type = PPPOE Username = me@aol.com Password = ******* Retype Password = ******* VPI/VCI = 0/38 Encapsulation = LLC MTU = 1450 and ideas boys, anything.... treat me as im stupid if you like (yes it is plugged in smart arse) xgb
