Am I this out of touch? I've never heard of any of these groups. Does Soundgarden, Nirvana, etc count?
While I do agree that Nirvana was at the bottom of the barrel, I was refering to the style I guess that I don't know what the hell "dance" music is. Wait... What about that "Gonna Make you Sweat" song or whatever the name was. Is that what you're considering "dance" (not that I like the song mind you)?
Just like to add Alice Deejay-Better off alone poor out of touch dad. It the songs that go Boom Boom, bam bam bam, boom boom diddly, Boom Boom, bam bam bam, boom boom diddly, ding ding Boom Boom, bam bam, boom boom, diddly. or something like that.
Eh, my kids like rock & metal so I don't have to deal with boom boom boom bam bam diddily whack slam crash burp music anyway.
Dad, that is, i think, the best description i have ever heard (but i must admit, i listen to it as well.... )
The Prodigy - Everybody in the Place (Fairground Remix) The Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin' Beats Fatboy Slim - Gangster Trippin' Bentley Rhythm Ace - Bentleys Gonna Sort You Out! White Town - Your Woman (!!) The Propellerheads - Spybreak! Groove Armada - At The River (English Riviera Mix) Basement Jaxx - Rendez Vu Daft Punk - Around the World 187 Lockdown - Kung Fu

'Hey! What's wrong with yoooooou? You're lookin' kinda down to meeeeeeee.' That one? I hate that song, lol
No no... I have it covered. I have them listening to nearly everything from Tchaikovsky to Pitchshifter and the Dead Kennedys to Pink Floyd. No help needed thank you... Actually I'm having a tough time with my youngest boy (he's 11). He asked for a :shudder: Sean Paul cd for x-mas - damn pier pressure.
HAHAHA Sean Paul is the crappiest crap that was ever called music. But basically, the whole 90s sucked. There was some good stuff (Blue def up there in the top howevermany), but as an era of music, it sucked.
Without the faintest shadow of a doubt, it has to be: Delerium - Silence (feat. Sarah Maclauclin (sp?))
Beat me to it, Kna... The nineties were great...I spent the first five years listening to my uncles metal collection. And by that I don't mean Iron Maiden or Black Sabbath...I mean Carcass, Godflesh, Napalm Death, Cathedral... *n
