    Stella Artois.

I know your all after high caffiene / sugar drinks to keep you awake and alert but in the clan im in, it just doesnt work that way.
Hell its not called Under The Influence for nothing, fweekend nights, the majority of the members are pissed and 'off there faces', i tell you, thats a gaming experience and a half, i'd reccomend it to anyone, just stay within your limits...

here to third the beer option...works especially well with games that might have been played too much or too often, but are just *that* good that you still want to play more...plenty of beer and the game has a whole new edge  :thumb:

...i guess this goes for over 16/18/21's only, depending on where you live!

    Urban myth.

Monster is a good one (though it'll never be available around here), Dew and Bawls are the staples of gaming, Coke is a safe backup. I'm quite a big fan of bottles of Kick (Red Bull clone from Tesco for £1 per litre) for marathon sessions though ;)

They sold Mountain Dew over here at some point, well they must of done cos ive tasted it before, was few years back though.

By gaming drink do you just mean summin to keep you awake?

Generally I normally have Dr Pepper or the sugary goodness of Cherry coke, and if ive stupidly gone to bed after 4am on a working week (get up at 7:30 ish) then I have a Red Bull, kept me going on friday after 2 hours of sleep the night before :thumb:. I have fell asleep sitting up at my desk at work before, my boss didnt notice though as I probably just looked like I was day dreaming at the screen :p..... I did fall asleep standig up in the shower once :worried:

I dont really drink anything to stay awake if late night gaming, my sleeping pattern is screwed up enough to stay awake :sigh:

Kick. It tastes like red bull, makes you just as speedy speedy, and costs a brazzilion pounds less per litre. Nothing else contains so much caffine taurine and suger as those caffine drinks, too my knowledge. Other then maybe pure sugar, gound up caffine pills, and taurine, with a ml. or two of water :D

Stella - proper fighting juice. Anyone see that test they did in PC Zone a year or so ago, where 3 or 4 of them started drinking, and measured they're performance at CS? They got better after one or two pints, then gradually worse, until someone was sick. Funny article.

Someone should do the same test but with driving. See if you drive better after one or two pints.

That's what I thought...Personally, I think that if you need an energy drink to keep you going whilst gaming you need to step away from the PC, go outside, and get some fresh air. Really.

True, but we all go out sometimes. There was some recent study that showed that PC geeks go out more then normal folk anyway :D
