Graphics best setup - high resolutions

    I'm just about convinced that the best bang for my buck would be dual 7900GS's in SLI, however, with what im using these cards for, i dont know for sure, i want to have most settings on high at least with no lag on most games
    2 7900GS's
    2 7900GT's
    1 7950GX2
    2 7950GT's
    1 8800GTS
    1 8800GTX

    Resolution: 4320x900
    Purpose:Gaming, multitasking (adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiereetc)

    Im short on money so im trying to spend only around $360-$400
