Watercooling best way to clean a waterblock???.

    hello my fello computing friends i need help on this one what is the best way to clean a crusty waterblock ???:confused::thumb:

    i got told by a friend to leave it for 4hours in a shallow bowl of lemon juice and brush it with toothbrush and rinse with distilled water then dry with paper towel is this true i wonted to see what the people here would advise as there are a lot of watercooling people about here on bit-tech...

    Basically anything with acid in it works, I find vinegar works well. Rinse of with tap water and your good to go.

    If you know any one who works in a pub ask if you can have some pipe cleaner.

    And don't get it into any cuts :)

    Personally, tomato sauce... messy but works real well.
