best way to clock a 1.9ghz p4

    i have a p4 1.9ghz-sl5vk.what is the best way to clock it?.are they multi locked or will i have to up the fsb.the board is a msi-6534 ver:1
    i have never clocked a p4,so any help would be apprieciated.
