Graphics BF2 7800 BFG gt

    ok just borrowing my dads 17inch monitor, and its great but i get a low fps is bf2 why is this? the settings to high ? im running 1278-1024 surely that cant be maxing out my gfx card? :(

    and i just downloaded the latest drivers which helps bf2 apparently

    do i need to disable super transparency?

    any advice will be kool

    ps everything i have is "application apllicable or something" so the program can choose (or i manually set stuff within the game.

    What figures do you mean by low FPS? BF2 is a very demanding game - my GTX @ 490MHz gets 50-70FPS (IIRC) on a 16-player map with 40 bots; this is at 1280x1024 maxed out. I haven't bothered with it online yet, though.

    ah not bf2 sorry call of duty 2 *oops*

    but yer i get about 30-34 fps :( maybe its sli time ?

    How odd, i am running a 17" viewsonic vx924 with a 6800 ultra and i have everything on full at 1280x1024. My average FPS is 101...
