it automatically shuts down whenever it gets to geometrics when loading a game anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

my specs are: AMD64 3200 Leadtek 6800 Gig of ram 80gig 7200rpm SATA drive Audigy 2ZS soundcard I have all the latest patches and everything else I have played it before on my computer the problem is during the actual load of a game once I am already logged on
i dont know of the exact problem with this but try taking out the sound card first, theres been people having loads of problems wih the audigy's and bf2. if it works fine without it in the pc then put it back in a fiddle with the drivers/settings. also have a mess around with the audio options in bf2 iteself aswell
it can't be the sound card because I have already played BF2 on my computer and it has worked fine in the past and no I am not overclocked as of yet
