Just a reminder or rather two: 1: Don't feed the troll. 2: There is an ignore function. In more serious news: Tweet— Twitter API (@user) date
If you can't see the essential difference between public protests and looting, and the hostile take-over of the democratic institutions of government with the endorsement of an outgoing President who lost an election, then perhaps democracy is not a concept that you can debate in any meaningful way.
Thank you for the reminder, I forget that's a thing since I've never used it, until just now. #Edit, I didn't realise it now shows the posts as IGNORED MEMBER. Sounds like the brother of an Austin Powers villain who only wanted to live a quiet life of anonymity.
Burning, looting, doing arson and toppling statues does not fall under the category of protests. There has been no hostile take-over of any democratic institutions of government (hopefully this will never change) these guys were let in. The country was never meant to be a democracy, it was meant to be a constitutional republic, what's left of it anyway.
This is why I don't bother with the ignore list any more, I always end up clicking 'Show ignored content' anyway.
Really? I have a few in my list - mainly trolls or people who only use the forum for the market place, but I hardly ever click to see ignored content.
I see that link at the bottom of the thread and I immediately have to know what was said. Can't stop myself, it's just how my brain is wired
Mother F this thread is hard to read... Tweet , Tweet, Tweet, Tweet , Tweet..... and i have to click each one individually for some retarded reason
Tracking protection settings in your browser is why, it blocks the twitter script that loads the tweet.
any idea where that setting is ? and how to fix it ? it would dramatically help my experience on this site
In Firefox you would turn off tracking protection which is the purple shield left of the address bar and turn off other tracking protection like privacy badger. Not worth it IMO, random tweets don't add much to the conversation, but each to their own.
