The bike incident wasn't in plain view. The cleaning people decided to use the master key to get into the room. While he should have left a (oft ignored) do not disturb, it really should have been treated as walking in on normal old sex. Then again, does that nation have a law allowing individuals sexual freedoms in private?
True. I've never fully read one of those agreements they make you sign when checking in a hotel. There must be something in there about the hotel policy on cleaners coming in your room using a master key. I've had a lady come in one time, she knocked and opened the door straight away! Lucky i wasn't humping a bike or the floor or anything like that i guess, or i might be in jail now?
Ok, I dont get why they called the police in the first place. Would a women get the same treatment if they walked on her with a bottle?? I mean, is there seriously a crime against wanking? Im an addict, I better be careful
Exactly. And what if you'd been buttering your peter, waxing your nob, polishing a pole? Do they have a legal right to call the police because they didn't bother to wait, or check? Or worse, what if you had been sleeping naked. Is that a crime too? As far as i've seen in life before, hotel maids seem to think they own the place, and can go into whatever room, whenever. (Story time, kids). When i was in ShenZhen last year - i knew i'd be there for about two days, i was tired as all **** (hadn't slept a night or two before it, and just spent the day on planes, busses, and thankfully not trains with a pile of other writers; so what do i do when I get to my room? I plop the all of my stuff down in plain view, and switch on the DND for the room, and leave the hanger on the door. I don't want my goodies. touched. Or stolen. Despite the fact that it was a bunch of clothes, some cheap manufacturer goodies, and about $11 of knockoff goodies attached to a twitchy laptop. What did i come back to? A ****ing maid in the room. The door is wide open. Someone changed the hanger to "service". So i looked over, changed it back to DnD, showed it to her, and went to release an unholy stream of chocolate howler monkies. I don't think i've heard anyone run faster, ever. edit; h3ll is censored? Isn't that a little strong, Bit? Family forum and all, but damn.
You are still missing the fine print: Being unintentionally caught in the act is one thing, but carrying on while people are watching is another.
Well, would you stop? They don't say if he told them to bugger off, or if he merely looked over and continued buggering his bicycle, as it were.
Well I'd certainly would not carry on! And I'd cover myself immediately --it's an almost instinctual response in (normal) people. Then I would tell them to bugger off.
To be an obstinent bugger myself, i'd stay rather inserted in the cycle, while telling them. Still, it doesn't make sense that he wouldn't stop.
THEY chose to watch, don't be stupid Nexxo. They opened the door, it's not like he went into the breakfast area, dropped his pants and started wanking, they are in the wrong, not him. If they found it so offensive, why didn't they close the door and walk away, plus how do you know if he saw them, maybe he was looking the otherway. Anyway, the judge is stupid, and anyone who agrees with the judge imo is stupid also..
Well if he chose that then fine, but so did they. I think this could go down in the record books for being the most stupid sentence ever.
lol i missed that He kept on going when they came in So where the h3ll would on the bike would he be inserted???
it wasn't even sex, sex need two people so how could he be charged with a sex crime still funny as hell
I spose it could be said that expecting the bike lover to cover up as soon as he was seen, is like expecting the cleaners to turn away and leave the room straight away as soon as they saw him. Maybe the cleaners wanted to join in, and the bike lover refused? If so then they took him to court out of spite!
