    I20

This is the offical I series thread, basicly im trying to find out how many of you bit-techies are going to attend the lan so we can get numbers and hopefully sort out a clan or something.
If we all group up we can then be seated together and have a much more enjoyable time, kind of like a mini meet up but instead we'd be playing games for Bit-tech.

Information about the lan can be found HERE.

    Location

The event is held in Newbury Race Course, as in the name is in newbury.

    Address
There is more information available HERE giving you directions, links and maps to the location. Also information on how to travel with your computer and how to over night post it to the location if training it with your comp isn't for you.

    What To Bring
If you are thinking of attending the lan heres a quick list of things you will require to attend the lan and any other lan for that matter.
    - Computer and peripherals
    - Spare clothing
    - Wash kit
    - Sleeping bag &/or carry mat and pillow
    - Food and drink

So could we have names of people that are going and have paid for the event so we can get an idea of numbers.

Contact me at mtl@empty.eclipse.co.uk if you have any questions.

    Thanks
    Morgan.

£60 for a LAN of 3 days? My god that's holy expensive!

We pay 30 euro (£20) for a LAN of 2 days (friday to sunday), and we even consider that expensive.

Wish I could go though. Wait, no, even if I didn't live at the other side of the (small) pond, no way would I spend £60 on a LAN! ;)

I've got 3 rigs on my desk at the present moment ;)

My server is in a case, but it's hardly very powerful... and it's a beige box, which I refuse to take anywhere :D :p

Snap... I don't actually play any multiplayer games, so taking machine is probably a bit pointless :)

Could probably give you a lift if I do go Fred if you like ;)
