Bit-tech Big Day Out!

    Not necessarily a full on gadget show, but I would have thought that with the contacts at SCAN and OCUK that Bit-Tech no doubt have thorough their advertising contacts, they would make ideal venue hosts with part of the "sell" being that it would be Bit-Tech in association with XXX, to keep the costs down and, well, spread the love/coverage.

    Maybe there should be a Bit-Tech version of the Gadget show. After all there's enough categories covered by BT.

    I was actually thinking of suggesting Scan, they usually have been pretty good with hosting before. Again though, I think it'd have to be a more central location, and I can't bring to mind a large computer store that's generally central.

    It is £15 by train Newcastle-Manchester if booked in advance. ;)
    Although it takes longer than driving. Sort of.

    Actually, a train directly down to London from Newcastle is much quicker than driving.
