Cheers, yeh I was just pushing the limits! Just finished my first ever animation! It's a bit short and nooby but I hope to improve Vimeo Video
Looks good some colour would just top it off I'm thinking crazy Alice in wonderland style? very professionally what software did you use to achieve it.
Thanks! I wanted the quickest render time possible, I'll do another one and upload it soon! I used 3ds max and mental ray
Impressive work everyone. Stunning detail on the watch Tangster Prototype compression fitting design: 7 minute render, ~15 minutes in post
Jeah, u pretty much blurred it to death try to be a more subtle on the post processing. @ metric this wood texture u use for the table, unreal, does it have a displacement map ?
Thanks for the comment, note taken! I was in a rush to just render it so I didn't bother fiddling with the parameters for the blur As for the post processing, I was just pushing the boundaries! @metric, finally a new one! Not that I can see how good it is... Has anyone got any decent warehouse-esque HDRi maps? Or point me in the right direction! Also I'm looking for a cement 'stack' material/texture and I've been looking for ages with no luck
ohhhhhh, works now. awesome. i though you had to wait >1h to get a render with good quality out of maxwell.
looking nice Razer, i don't think you should have the ground reflective though. small progress on my house
Apologies if this has been asked in the thread already, but is it possible to use Sketchup to do anything like these? Or is it a case of exporting to 3DS? Alex.
thanks roboduck there are alot of rendering software you can use with SU. you could try vray for SU, or kerkythea which is free.
