Oh God! How?!
Nice one mate
Did you render the track too or is it a photo ?
ist that nurburgring nordshlife, or green hell?
Great work cronic! Quick question, with the apple render, it looks like the wood is actually a mesh?! Did you model it?
Yes it is a physical mesh...
I didn't model the track.
made some golf balls
Nice avatar dark!
Is that just a bump/displacement map for the golf balls? Love the texture of the ground and the ambient particles!
thanks ^^ the golf balls don't have any bump or displace, it's all modeled.
Its been a while so I thought I should post something...
Playing around with physics (I'm still learning so they aren't the best)
Also If you have a second to help out a fellow bit-tech member I could really use your votes! I am in the final round of the 3Dconnexion 3D design challenge and the prize is a $5000 PC from BOXX.
This is my entry.
Every vote is greatly appreciated!
I took a second a casted my vote to you ... and to be honest, even if it wasn't you my vote would have been the same.
Nice idea, very nice idea ! I have a Wacom tablet and I'm looking for a 3D mouse / knob. This combo would be perfect, especially with Zbrush.
Thanks for the support Guille! I have the 3D mouse (love it for SolidWorks) but want to get a tablet.
I was looking at the Wacom Bamboo, what do you have?
I have a Wacom Intuos 2 A4. I bought it in 2003 when I entered an art school (3D modeling / animation, lots of drawing).
The A4 size is appreciable for digital painting (Painter, MyPaint, etc.) ... but the bamboo it enough for 3D app. The Intuos it too much sensitive and too big for that purpose. If I had to buy a new one, I'd go with an A5 ones (best compromise between 3D and 2D painting).
RoboDuck you got my vote....still i wish i had remembered the dead line for this contest 5000$ Pc it should be able to run Solidworks...
I'm pretty sure it would be perfect to play Doom (DOS version)
Thanks Snowy! But can it run Crysis?!
Dropped my vote in for you. Just been looking at those Boxx computers - you'd better start a thread with loads of pictures and benchmarks if you win!
Got my vote
Ever thought about doing tutorials
for you btw
