Just a note for those comparing Stroll vs Vettel penalty - for the unsafe rejoin they would have got the same penalty. Vettel's penalty was bigger because they added a penalty for 2nd infringement on top of the first one - that is, Vettel got one penalty for both unsafe rejoining and causing a collision. Meanwhile Stroll got a penalty only for unsafe rejoining.
