Xbox 360 Bit-Tech Forza2 Drifting Team!

Would love to join if I spend enough time playing the game at my friend's house. In tribute to my brother's Ridox Supra in GT4, I'll do a JZA80 Supra for the team .

 

We could either just have a bit-tech logo on the rear quarter panel... or we could go nuts and plaster the whole car in computer related sponsors a-la D1GP style. Just my thoughts...

I went ahead and built the Solstice Drift Car, turned out to be more fun than I thought!

I would make the bit font but I really cant be bothered.

 

That's pretty good, don't like that font though and perhaps put it up the side of the car.

I know. Sadly the font is rather sucky and the font that is the closest supplied is the "Forza" font however that only has a VERY limited selection of letters

For the C-Class races they are saying that we need a "Nissan S13 Club K Silvia" but which one is that?
The newer one or old one? Im thinking older.

 

S13 Silvia's were roughly 1988 to '93. The 'K' spec are the ones powered by an SR20DET. You'll know it's a K package if it makes around 200ps.

 

Erm no i dont mean what type, but which one, there is two avail. One newer than the other tho the older one costs more? I think the older one is a 80's model.

 

I don't have the game, so I was referring to the real car. From the Forza 2 car list, K's Club S13 is a 1992 model; so I'm guessing the fastback model.

That car in the training spec doesn't easily enter drifts :/

I've never played the game with driving aids on

 

So no one is doing an Altezza, FD3S RX-7, S14 zenki Silvia, ENR34 Skyline, or Impreza so far? Does Forza 2 allow changes to the drivetrain, such as conversion from AWD to RWD?

Oh, and are we allow engine swaps? (They are not permitted in D1GP street class).

 

Yes some cars allow changing the drive-train. I don't know if there are any AWD to RWD conversions though.

 

Hows everyone getting along with this?

Im still ****ing up but have learn t not to push the cars at full pelt round corners.

 

I have a bad habit of trying to get too much angle of my drifts so my sideways quickly becomes backwards.
