    This is exactly why I stay away from all IRC channels. Chances are you'll go in, some complete tosser who you don't know or is junior (in your case) will start being a whiny bitch, you'll complain and some ******* admin who has issues with being accepted in real life will kick you.

    Yup, IRC sucks.

    Real men just host stChat and let people telnet into their machines. Real men only use IRC to control botnets. Or are all the cool kids using encrypted P2P protocols for that now?
    But I digress. IRC used to be for pros, now it's just for AOL kiddies. Telnet chat must be cool because I'm sure I've seen Kevin Mitnick do it!
