Bit-Tech Theme

    just made a simple bit-tech theme :D

    it turns windows bit-tech blue and matchs the colour of the forums really well.

    If you want it i can mail it to you. :D

    one side affect is that it turns the grey screen you get when you load a quake based game blue, but i think it looks better. :D
