    this place goes through a lot of ups and downs (post wise that is)
    anyway, what I want to do is make a desktop plexi case that will go nicely with the rest of my stereo equipment.
    anyone know of anyone that has done this already?

    done what exactly, a plexi case, a desktop plexi case, or one that goes with stereo gear?

    well i want to make a case that will match the size of a home theatre receiver and stack it with my stereo equipment on a nice shelf
    (they will not be on each other)

    I would assume a 5.1 decoder or similar, that takes the digital out from DVD player etc and decodes it :eyebrow:

    That's about the same as a home theatre amplifier, only with a built-in tuner :D
