So I bought a Pandora from overclockers this week and what has arrived appears to be either a pre-prod version or a case of bad QC. One of the external Aluminium struts was bent (slightly I was able to push it back into place). Every aluminium edge is razor sharp and im concerned I cant really have it in the house as its an accident waiting to happen. Overclockers have said that they would accept a return including the postage. Either they can ship me another or I can get a full refund. Though the chappie said that he cant guaranty that the replacement would be any different and that they cant open and check before dispatch. So what would you guys do?
I'd take the replacement on the proviso that if you're unhappy with that they give you a full and unequivocal refund.
Depends how much you like the case and if you could handle the you may need to return the replacement. Perhaps they would be willing to cross ship with credit card details?
Having a bit of a bad run with stuff at the moment. Half tempted to just return it for now and live with the niggles on my machine And work on the gaming rebuild once I have some other stuff sorted.
Return all booked in for collection tomorrow. Other things to work on right now. Really really impressed with overclockers, things certainly have changed since I used them last. Item shipped for actual next day originally (one of my bug bears with Scan atm), actually got through to someone who was polite and efficient. Will def consider using them again.
