I've gotten everything for my watercooling set-up, but I can't quite seem to decide on weather to use a Black Ice® GTX Gen Two Xtreme 240, or the lower profile Black Ice® GT Stealth 240. If I can get away with using the one with the lower profile (29.60 mm as opposed to 54 mm) that would be ideal as the case I have only gives me 45cm of height to work with...plus it's about half the price :)

I'll be needing to cool a AMD FX-60, and two 7800GT's both of which will be overclocked heavily.

The low profile GT performs on a par with the old Xtreme series, but is quieter as it works well with undervolted fans. The GT Xtreme will perform nearly twice as well as the low-profile GT but will be more noisy as it needs more powerful fans. With your setup I think you should be able to get away with a GT Stealth.
