    Hi guys :)

Got a question for you. You all know that (nearly) all radiators have the fittings mounted vertically. But that isn't that good for my new project. Now I wanted to know what I should take care of when soldering two new holes for the fittings in the radiator front chamber. The holes should be aligned horizontal.

The chamber of the BI-radiator is made of brass. Should I solder up first two little sockets before I start threading the holes to give them a little bit more "flesh" to get in?

    Looking very good!
What temp did you use to solder it?
or did you use a gas torch.

    Thanks :)
Yes I was using a gas torch to heat it. I thinks it's the best way to do that.

Yes it's deffinately the best way.
Having the barbs at the top will help get the air out of it.

Yes, definitely. I was thinking about putting temp sensors in the original holes.

    @ 500mph and InSanCen

    Thank you :)

D*mn clean work. You did that without having to dunk the rest of the radiator in water?

    Thx :)

No, I didn't put anything into water. All parts were dry when I did the soldering.
