Try: run cmd.exe type "net view" find his pc name, then type shutdown -i -p then a box will open , add his computer name, then you should be able to figure it out from there, also you get to write your own msg like: "WARNING- SKYPE.EXE has preformed an illegal action becuase you used a swear word, yes we can hear you."

Plant a mike in his room, or listen in on his conversations, then send an email claiming to be from skype/mi5/cia with a transcript of the call threatening legal action if he does not stop using skype for nefarious purposes.

The only computer's I've been easily able to do that with are my 3 computers running Windows 2003 Server, anything else didn't work, but I never really tried hard.

    Dear Star,
Go to http://192.168.1.1 (your router's default gateway), or go to Start > Run, type in cmd, and type in ipconfig (shows part of your network address [IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway]). Go to Access & Restrictions. Click on Block, click on client lists, under the range, type in from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.254, under restrict URL, type in https://www.skype.com, http://www.skype.com https://login.skype.com, and click Apply.
