Seems decent, but I really hate fixed-width themes as a whole. I'd say the sidebar text colors could use a bit of work, but it's quite readable which is what's most important to me.

    Thanks Firehed.
The fixed width is in 'em' so better than many ihmo. (Try holding Ctrl while you scroll!)
The text colours aren't finalised, so suggestions will be appreciated.

More comments from anyone much anticipated.

I personally don't like the stripes on the background. If you're trying to make it look like you've cut out of a piece of paper shouldn't the lines all be going the same way.

So it's the lines going different ways that you don't like?
I wasn't actually going for that look - the dotted line was just a visual way of dividing the sections.
The title wasn't meant to be taken so literally - more like the painful skin-slice!

Always good to get these comments though, interesting to know what people think.

It's hard to critique it untill you've done the colours in the way you want them.

Only the text-link colours aren't finalised - it just means that I'm open to suggestion.
I'm looking for you to find problems really. :)

The text is too bunched up on account of it being too narrow. A smaller text size/wider design would suit it more. Not keen on the dotted border either, looks a bit unprofessional imho.

Is that in general, or just where I've used too big a picture  on the linked page?
The main content section is 30em (characters) wide, which I find is a comfortable column width.
