    In slovenia they are very expensive. about 1€, a little more.
    for how much money do you guys buy your blue LEDs?

    If thats 1 Euro (about 0.75 GBP) then ours can be over double that and more.

    But for comparison, a 5mm blue is about 15 times the price of a 5mm red.

    over here i can get 5 mm blue LEDs 3.5 V ones for rm2.50
    and 3 mm blue LEDs for RM2.00
    for conversion sakes
    USD 1 = RM3.80
    so its pretty cheap here
    but i guess the quality is not up to standard..

    Thats abou 62p a good price - what are the specs.. I make baybuses - so buy a few LEds and sell some to people that want them..

    Here in teh Uk they retail from a pound..

    in australia i pay upto $4.50aus which is bout $2.25us

    I pay about £1 per bl00 led - but the price goes down a bit when you buy lots (like over 100/1000)

    With all these different currencies floating about perhaps we should standardise on buying power.

    Some paper worked out that the price of a MacDonalds hamburger was a good international guide - so how many leds for the price of a hamburger in Slovenia? ;)

    I'd probably get 4 bl00 leds for the price of a big mac meal, and one and a half for a straight hamburger. i think. Although the leds look much better :p
