    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has much experiance with Bluetooth?

I have got the Microsoft Bluetooth Optical Desktop (Keyboard and Mouse), and I'm trying to connect my digital video camera (with Bluetooth support) to my pc via Bluetooth.

The camera is the Sony DCR-TRV50E, using the default Bluetooth transceiver supplied in the Microsoft bundle.
The transceiver states it can handle 7 devices at once.

So far, I have managed to get the pc to 'see' the camera, but then the camera wouldn't 'see' my pc.
So, I deleted the camera from the Bluetooth control panel, and the camera could 'see' the pc.
Now however, my pc won't find the camera at all. :(

    I'm very confused.
    Can anyone help?

Is there a paired devices option on the camera?

I'd use the USB cable if i was you it's much easier :D

Normally I do use the USB cable, but I thought it would be nice to be able to upload the piccy's on the camera without having to unplug my USB Radio, or arse about with a cable.

Still not quite the same is it? :)

I would like to just press a little blue button on the camera and upload my pics.
Rather than plug the cable in, and manually copy the pics across to my disk.

Sounds like a software problem on the PC, uninstall everything and try installing it again.

I have tried on a Clean install of XP Pro, and still no joy.
I don't think Sony have even bothered to write a Bluetooth driver for it on the PC :(

The only drivers included on the CD was a USB Driver, and a DV Driver.
