I got a victim stainding in the office, with some desent hardware and we got a week at school where we can do whatever kind of a project we want. So got me some ideas, and measurements of the case and started to work i SketchUp. BTW dont be to hard on me, this is my first SketchUp drawing. Plans: The overal theme are flames (Fire... Fire... Ohhh yeah fire) and the main colors are red and green, the cases are gonna be painted red and most of the details are gonna be grenn. The drivebays are gonna be red though. I'll cut some flames in the sidepanel, then som bigger flames in UV green plexi (8mm), the same goes for the top. I got the pathern for the top but not for the sidepanel yet, I got a arist drawing it for me I wont paint the inside, because I only got a week on me a school (5 days with 6 x 45min), but the bottom are gonna be covered with a mirror. In the front I'll just cut a aluminium plate and shape some uv green plexi to fit the size of the old front. I'm thinking about painting the plexi with uv green paint, will this be to much? (uv green alu. and uv green plexi) For the front there will be drawed some flames, and I'll just engrave them. Al the cables and the PSU will be sleeved uv green, and the fans are gonna be painted uv green, and then I'll just mount some uv leds the get it "glowing" or å borre 2 hull og feste leds med limpistol I'll cut some windows for the PCU to, but I'm not shure what will look best then. I'll just sleep on it. I got 3x 92mm fans laying around and one 120mm fan, plus it's a 92mm fan on the CPU cooler. And 2x 92mm standard fangrills in chrome, one 80mm fangrill in gold and a 80mm sunbeam blade grill. The drivebays are only gonna be in 5.25m becaus I'll mount the HDD with rubberrings somehow! That means less noise to I'm gonna build it of 8mm uv red plexi i think. School regulary spons with 250 NOK (37.5 USD), so I'll try to get some sponsors then. The victim, a well known A-Open ATX Midi-Tower case. The boring front. The front and case in SketchUp with measures (as it was original) I'm the master of cable chaos! Looks good buddy! That's a pretty ugly case, sure going to be an improvement when you mod the crap out of it!

Hi will draw flames thats suits the compnents and the other stuff in the case Hi will take pictures of the drawings i gues when it's done Edit: Yes, I'll try to get some good paint cheap or free where my stephmother works. I have seen people who used the same paint and got real great ressults. BTW, the DVD brrner will be sanded and polished, or might painted with uv green paint
Thanks mate. I made a list. and al the costs where 1500NOK So I'm hoping to get some sponsors. And the school might spons me with 500NOK if Iæm lucky The flames will be under progres when he get some big paper to draw on.

The school spons with 300NOK usaly, but they might throw in some extra for this project. But she stuff that costed most was the sleeving it was 350NOK for only sthe sleeving gear But i in the crew on a casemod site, and might ask ac ryan or simiral comanys for sleeving gear for a test, and put it on the PSU if I'm lucky. So I'll try the get the most things sponsed and se how much money this will cost me, and might reduse the list

Thx m8 Some details remaning, but the overal look are there. only missing the flames in the door, some more cooling (mabye) for the drives, I'm might considering to put one or two 92mm fans in the botom. But when I'm going to put a mirror there it will not be so easy so I'l might just dont do it, it's not a high tec pc so it dont need som much cooling, now it's runing on two 80mm fans and a 92mm CPU fan. So tree 120mm fans will be more than enough, pluss a 92mm CPU or might a 120mm in stead, depends on the sponsors and the school. I'm realy looking forwards to get some nicer colors, cooling and motives on the case Worklog will be on b-t and hw

Thanks guys Yes in deed, I'm not shure how many mods I have seen with green plexi. This was only a emergensy solution because netshop.no is sould out for green plexi, and only got enough of the red plexi i i wanted to go with only one color. But I'm much more satisfied with the new look Whel it's all gonna be white and red matt the case are gonna be painted white and all the plexi are gonna be uv red, and no it's not grey. It only looks grey in SketchUp it's white and it's metal Did you notice that i wrote that it's only a temporary design on the side window? it's gonne be some pretty cool flames when I get some drawings over here

Hmmm... if you see in the first post where the final logo are I'm not shure where to put it. I'll might engrave BMB in the front and Burning Mortality Box or BMB on the left side or Burning Mortality Box on the right side
