TV Shows Bones Season 5 download not torrent or iTunes?

Is there anywhere I can download Bones Season 5 that is not iTunes or illegal?

 

Netflix? I'm sure you can find a way of recording it for posterity, not sure how legal that would be though...

 

Shirty do you know if Bones is definitely on there? Quite tempted by that as I can stream direct to my TV. The main reason I was trying to avoid iTunes was because I would either have to watch on iPad or hook my laptop to TV which stops me from playing SimCity And Oxford has a poor selection of shops to try and find the DVD/BD versions.

 

The later comments on here indicate that it is.

EDIT: Although I should add that I don't use Netflix

 

Thanks I did some googling but didn't see that. I suppose even if it ain't I get a free month anyway

 

It's not on the UK Netflix, is on the US one how-ever .
