Other Borderlands 2

I'm still slowly working my through it, but I wouldn't mind going through on co-op.

 

I wouldn't mind a co-op run through on PC if there is room, I have been through it before on 360 but never PC

 

Blademark, Trev, either of you fancy jumping online tonight? I get home around 7/7.30pm, jump on skype and have a little sesh?

My Psycho is lvl 12 ish at the moment.

I'm in I'll get the Mechromancer started and at a respectable level.

 

What level you at Gunny? Will give you a shout when we're near that level.

I have a Bandit in the 30's havent played in awhile. I just cba to gring.

Been using an infi pistol which rocks! Just click alot and everything dies. Kreig is fun to play as and his ability is pretty boss.

Might play some dlc once my shifts calm down.

 

If anyone has advice on a Krieg build then let me know. My playstyle is typically in line with Brick from BL1/Gunzerker. That usually means I use the ability to pump up my health and run into crowds to cause havoc. I generally die a lot. lol.

 

Don't know if I should make a new thread about this (other than the one in the marketplace ), but if anyone is sitting on a copy of BL2 which he (or she) doesn't know what to do with, then I'd love to take it off his (or her) hands. I've got a copy of AC3 (UPlay ) to trade, and money might possibly also change (virtual) hands...

 

I am getting quite a lot of stuttering in this game. I just wondered if this is a known problem and if there are any solutions?

 

PC? DLC only or main game too?

I know the 360 version suffers from serious frame rate issues especially on DLC unfortunately not done enough yet to know if PC is the same.

 

PC version. It doesn't seem to matter if I drop the resolution. Other games I don't get this.

 

Try deactivating Vsync.

I get extreme stuttering on many newer games using the Unreal 3 enginge such as Bioshock Infinite or Borderlands (2) using a single 670 GTX at 2560x1440 - but only if I use the inbuilt Vsync option.

If the stuttering disappears simply force Vsync using an external application such as your driver tool or D3Doverrider.

 

That did sort it. Many thanks. I always turn vsync on as I hate screen tearing.

 

It's known issue with the Unreal 3 engine, to the point that when I see the name in the intro, I switch Vsync off automatically. With my 560 Ti I get that problem with every new U3 engine game to date.

Never seen any stuttering in BL2 or its DLC.

Bl2 is awesome till you hit 50 then its a struggle of pain.
