I don't know if this is the apropriate forum so move if needed Everytime I try to play a video, doesn't matter which format, my system crashes. I've tried installing the drivers again, but to no avail. Despite me haveing the system drivers and .net installed, I can never run the Catalyst Control Center the first time. I always have to select the Restart Runtime option, before being able to alter any settings. After that, when trying to play a video, the system crashes. Since I didn't want to play around, I tried a fresh install of Windows XP Home Edition, with SP 2. I installed the latest nForce Drivers and the latest catalyst drivers. The same problem always occurs. Even when going back a few driver revisions this happens. Does anybody have a clue as to what could possibly be the cause for this damn problem!? My system specs are as follows : Asus A7N8X-Deluxe, XP 2600+ @ 2100Mhz, 200Mhz FSB, 512 MB DDR, Club 3D Radeon 9700 non pro, Seagate SATA 80 GB HDD, MSI CD-RW, Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2 and the latest updates. Cheers Fred
