For my new rig, I'm getting a 7900 GT, but I've got the choice between 3 brands: XFX, MSI, and Gigabyte.

The XFX is 1500 ringgit, which is about £230, or USD415.
On the other hand, the MSI is 1320 ringgit (£200, $365), and the Gigabyte is 1370 ringgit (£210, $380).

XFX seems to be a much more respected brand for Video cards, but what am I getting for my extra 30 pounds? (Besides a funky box...)

TBH I'd go with the cheapest. The bundled games seem to be yester-years titles and most cards carry a 12 month warranty and are built on the same reference design.
