British teenager arrested for possessing the "Anarchists' Cookbook"

I presume its the fact he had the materials as well the book. Rather than them proscuting him just for haveing a book, there just trying to build up a bigger case against him. Ie more charges they bring agianst him the guilter he looks and more likely a conviction. Still the Anarchists cook is full of misleding, false and dangours explosive recipes not a bad book to flick though thou.
