First Broadwell was the shrink to 14nm in 2014. Then it was stated as BGA only probably and we would get a Haswell refresh in 2014 and Skylake in 2015. Now according to this article it's all change again...... Haswell refresh 2014, Broadwell probably 2015 and Skylake put back to 2016. The worst part is the need for new motherboards due to a voltage change.....
