Networks Broken hub

    I have a broken hub....it's a linksys! so of course it's broke! But I wanna do a mod to it! does anyone have any ideas of what i could do to it?! It's a 5 post linksys hub.....not that big....about 7" by 5" by an inch deep!

    welcome to the forums dude...

    well firstly why do you want to mod a broken hub??

    to start off you could hack a window in the top and put a window in...maybe change the leds to blue ones..:idea: :idea:

    hmm...that sounds good!...... :idea: Is there anything I could do to it that would use the power supply? I mean like get rid of the Network board inside.....and take the power supply and do somethign cool like that!?

    How would I find out?! on the power cord it says this.........


    AC adaptor
    IN Put: 120VAC 60 Hz
    OUTPUT: 7.5DC 700mA

    Hope you understand this!:worried:

    youre getting 700mA and 7.5V...probably run LEDS of the but not an lcd...
