    Elmshorn, Germany - 2007-02-27 Shuttle Inc., the small form factor PC market leader, and manufacturer of multi form factor solutions has once again brought a smile to the faces of all PC enthusiasts. The Shuttle XPC Barebone SD39P2 is not only loaded with tonnes of features, but also boasts the stylish P2-design, and is Shuttle's newest force to be reckoned with in terms of performance.

    Shuttle's latest small form factor PC supports Intel's most modern and powerful Socket 775 processors, such as the Intel Core2 Quad, Core2 Duo and Core2 Extreme Series models. Its capacity for up to 8 GB DDR2-800 memory in dual-channel mode - spread over four memory banks - is further testament to its potential for extreme speed. Compatible with the fatest PCI-Express graphics cards, such as the NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX/7950GX2 or the ATI Radeon X1900XTX, the Shuttle XPC Barebone SD39P2 guarantees to deliver maximum playing satisfaction. And for nearly unlimited disk space, there is its capacity to accommodate up to three SATA 300 hard disks, which can be run in combination as RAID 0, 1, 5 or 10.

    "The PCI slot is not extinct yet. With the Shuttle XPC Barebone SD39P2 we're offering a high-end solution that will continue to support PCI cards," explains Tom Seiffert, Head of Marketing and PR at Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH.

    To complete this impressive package, there is also an external SATA port, gigabit LAN and 8-channel sound, as well as a highly effective 400-watt power supply that will never leave this heavy weight short of breath.

    Lots of power = Higher noise levels?
    "Super quiet operation is provided by the SD39P2's intelligent management of all its five fans. Its multiple climate zones provide optimal circulation of air, and so ensure maximum system stability, as well as greater efficiency," says Tom Seiffert.

    Key features of the Shuttle XPC Barebone SD39P2:

    * Intel® 975X/ICH7-R Chip Set
