    Hi all,

So i got back from being away and my lady kindly informed me that the "screen kept going blue and restarting"

After many memtest runs later, i've identified that the RAM seems to fail memtest+ when in dual channel mode, but passes fine with individual sticks and when 2 sticks are in single channel mode (so DIMM 1 and DiMM 3 occupied).

So my question is, is it my cheap RAM causing the issue or my mobo? Or something else?

I've not O/C anything, i'm running stock on everything, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    cheers

    Edit:
    Foxconn A88GMX MOBO
    Athlon II X4 640 Quad Core 3GHz
    4GB DDR3 1333Mhz (Crucial Rendition DDR3 1333 DIMM CL9)
    ASUS 6870
    TX650W

Do you have latest bios installed? Probably won't make a difference with that type of error though. Also check the auto dimm voltage isn't too high or low.

If that doesn't help then you have to try 2 new mem sticks and see if you get same problem. If so then it's the motherboard. If not then it's the ram.
