from site: CTO of BTexact admits the embarrassment to Network News The chief technology officer at BTexact cannot get ADSL despite his leading role in promoting its uptake in the UK. Sorry, but I just cannot feel sorry for the guy. Heh. Full Story
i cant get ADSL, but im getting NTL cable soon, anyone know if its any good? :dude: ive heard BT's ADSL sucks... .icecube
Yep btopenwound was the cheapest when I got it, but not anymore. I may move to nthell but I think they are as bad as one another, having used both before.
nthell are allright...apart from every now and then they have ****ups that they call minor glitches that will leave one without a net connection for about 4 days and then it goes back to normal...
Can't get ADSL at home - If you use BT's broadband checker there are only 6 people on my exchange registered for ADSL and one of them is ME! Maybe I should start a "Get <my village> Broadband" campaign. Have it at work with BTOpenwound - big mistake, stuck for 12 months with them now. As soon as the time is up I'm changing ISP.
