Yeh they are :). I know a few people who have purchased from there, so no need to worry.

Used to work for BT and I can officially say they are completely legit. BT own Dabs btw pretty much the same shop.

I'm still getting emails from them with my BT employee discount even though I haven't worked for them in a decent while...

They're legit, and i can say they're excellent as well.

I got a GTX 560ti for christmas from them, cost me £150. Direct CUII as well. Free delivery, and was delivered the next day, even though i never payed for next day delivery. It was packaged in a thick layer of bubble wrap, inside a thick cardboard box, then covered in layers of parcel tape to stop anyone (nearly me as well) from opening it.

    Great service, prices and packaging.

Can't I'm afraid.. Employee discount is linked to your BT EIN (Employee Identification Number) and there are multiple layers to make sure only real employees can get it. First, number has to be valid and match up with your Team ID (OWC/OUC iirc) of your manager, and confirmation has to be sent to a corresponding employee internal @bt.com email address or be activated through the intranet...

So in short.. No can do!

You can however get access to the Apple BT Employee Purchase Programme discount site without any of that malarky, you just have to do some digging through BTToday and Benefits Plus.. Not that I'm condoning not BT employees from getting discounts they're not entitled to mind...

Hmm wonder if retired BT staff can get it (Dad had 41 years with BT :jawdrop: if you can believe that, we have the certificate they gave him in the loft)
