I have a Verre V770 case, with bubble lights. Not only do they not change colour in sync(annoying!), but I would like them to remain static on blue! Is this possible? Is this easy. Can't cope with anything too technical!!

Remove the colour cycling LEDs and replace them with blue.

It is actualy quite simple, all you do is pull the face off and unscrew the two bottom plastic coveres on each side of the usb area. then you just pull on the wires (gently) until the leds come out of the bubble tube. then take your soldering iron (you do have one right?) and gently pull on the led lead that you are trying to unsolder until it comes undon from the wire. then repeat for other lead and you are set to replace them with the wonderful blue leds. to do this just solder the leds back into place make sure to test it first before soldering anything (i made that mistake) replace the leds back into there tubes and you are set. Or you can take the easy way out like i did and just cap the wires together without the leds so that just the blue ones on top are working (does the same effect but alittle darker towards the bottom). I swear i will get around to putting those leds in, just too much too do right now. well i hope this helped any, if not what can i say but just take the thing apart till you find it out for your self. good luck and happy modding

I have one of these cases.. im amazed yours colour changes in sync.. mine start in sync at first then go WAY out.. about 1 colour cycle behind. they arent built too badly. I was personally thinking of changing my bubble tubes for UV CCFLs as the front is UV reactive :)

I have this case, and they dont change colour at all.

Can sombody please explain what the buttons do at the bottom? (Fast - Off - Slow slidet, and a freeze button) none of them do anything except the slider, which turns the neon off on the "off" setting. Slow and Fast dont do anything. The colours are stuck on a sort of turquoise (left) and blue (right).

I have a case like that, 2 changing colour tubes down the front, and theyr in sync. But i had a look at the board (im enquisitive), and they wired in parallel. So you could proble try to wire both in parallel, shudnt we too har, mine only had eight wires coming out of each tube. Or u could take advantage of its brokeness, and have one controller controling the tops, and the other doing the bottom, thatd look cool, and then u can say its ment to be.
