I really wouldn't go with that card... In general, avoid low end cards with 1GB of memory, that's just a huge waste... You're much better off with a 4670 with 512MB of memory (doesn't really matter what brand, just try and not get a Gigabyte since they're awfully loud). Also, is that ram a single stick? The price seems awfully high. Go with a pair of 2 GB modules instead, you should be able to get a pair of corsair 2GB modules for less money. As far as the CPU and mobo go, I'll let someone else be the judge, I know very little about low end AMDs...
that budget is pushing it my friend. going to have a hard time finding good, quality components at that price point for those items.need another $30 to $50 to make it worth the upgrade. In addition, you understand OEM cpu means no heatsink/fan.
Well i wont be doing high end gamming proble games like runescape on high detail which you dont need a really high end card for it
Maybe a 512MB 9600 GSO or 8800 GT if you search around for one cheap? Or HD 4650? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...ards-_-Sapphire+Technology+Limited-_-14102829 What's your budget and are you familiar with overclocking?
Well i'm not familair with over clocking i have somewhat of an idea i play games like runescape(mmropg) check it out good game and i would like to play guild wars but cant My buget is about 250-275 max I rather not have to spend that much.I found a set up that i was guess was good guess i was about 40 bucks cheap of a good set up
Here is the new set up Mobo-MSI G31M3-L V2 Motherboard - Intel G31, Scket 775, MicroATX, Audio, Video, PCI Express, 10/100 LAN, USB 2.0, Serial ATA cpu-Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 Processor BX80571E5200 - 2.50GHz, 2MB Cache, 800MHz FSB, Wolfdale, Dual Core, Retail, Socket 775, Processor with Fan ram-Kingston PC6400 800MHz 4GB DDR2 Desktop Memory - 4096MB, 240 Pin(these are 2 sticks of 2048 each) gpu-Sapphire Radeon HD 4650 Video Card - 512MB DDR2, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFireX, Dual-Link DVI, VGA,
if that hits the budget, sounds like a winner. the board is a little meh...but at least it is cheap so if you need to replace soon you won't be out all that much. you definitely wont be getting much of an oc goin on it. If you have the ability(about $20), I think a Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G would be a better choice if your case can handle ATX.
