Hey, Chatting to Corvette on MSN. he thinks with air cooling (not even a branded HSF) he gets 26c with an XP2100+ he lives in AUS, so i would guess that his room temp would be higher than that. and the rule is, you cant get lower temps than room temps with air cooling. so you guys think its just bullcrap, or really true? .icecube
do u wanna no a funny thing its winter here in oz and where i live todays top was 11c /edit also just coz i live in oz doesnt mean its hot here all the time our hottest day where i live in summer was 29c
No heatsink on air cooling will cool lower than the temp of the air that the fan is moving...(i.e. isnt gonna go lower than the ambient temp) ...but for goodness sake, you're argueing over temperatures
