its a good speech IMO, he is being clear and honest about what he wants for iraq, and that is a democracy with a free state, and no WMD
Just seen Hague's speech in house of commons debate on bbc2, he supported ian duncan smith and tony blair. And he ripped Lib Dem leader to pieces, poor sod looked like he was gonna cry. William Hagues speech like Mr Bushes was excellent, clear and gave a clear view of his opinion and he didnt pause for a second when responding to questions, he is fully clueded up to the situation and ripped the opposition to pieces, Blair looked happy when he was makign the speech as well, Well played Mr Hague, excellent speech.
Bush said everything right in his speech. He never ceases to amaze me. I'm telling you, the stupidity thing plays off quite well for him in the end! But I couldn't think of a better way to: 1)Say that the UN is worthless and we're going to go do their job for them... 2)Call the french wussies... 3)Tell Saddam to get out or watch his rear. At the end of the day, another job well done for Bush. Now, is there a copy/transcript of Hague's speech online? Unfortunately, I don't get BBC anymore
1,2 were so true and 3 is good obvilously Why should he be diplomatic, the UN is a discraise and so are france, tbh im ashamed to be part of EU, its full of do gooders. I say we go back to being a sole country, EU/UN has caused more problems than we need, the war etc and meddling with our rights and things in this country and changing laws so we are just like other EU countries. etc... What i cant believe is most people are still blaming bush and Blair for not getting a 2nd resolution, when if they were to ****ing do research they would find it its because france will VITO it no matter what. Its Frances, fault because theres no other option. Well done Blair and Bush.
